John is a Silicon Valley veteran, where he co-founded Dissero Partners, a world-class transformation consultancy, which later sold to Ernst & Young.
Earlier, he founded Positive Communications, a pioneer of consumer paging, growing the business to $50M and 400 employees in just over 4 years.

John has served on the board for the Association for Corporate Growth, as well as numerous corporate boards. He holds an international MBA with Honours from Saint Mary's College of California and numerous accreditations in Emotional Intelligence.
