We will be meeting on Thursday, September 27th from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm at the Springhill Suites by Marriott, 101 Gateway Road East, Napa, CA 94558.

Regional Meetings provide an opportunity for focused discussion on hot topic issues of interest to counties.  They also provide an opportunity to bring issues of interest directly to multiple regions in the state, provide a forum to network with your colleagues, and include select CSAC Corporate Partners. 

This regional meeting will center on behavioral health as the linchpin of the largest policy challenges facing California’s counties today; From combating homelessness, recovering from disasters, bending the recidivism curve and cultivating a resilient workforce, each of these efforts hinge on the critical role Counties play in providing mental health and substance use disorder services. The intersection of these urgent policy efforts is complicated as expectations around behavioral health collaboration and integration evolve – while requirements and funding streams become more fragmented. This Regional Meeting will focus on how counties can adapt to the evolving behavioral health services landscape and navigate the fiscal and technical challenges to best meet the unique needs of each community.
